Home Page: We actually do the hard work for you. We create the graphics and layout, and put up generic homepage content. Then you go into your control panel and rewrite it to fit you. You can easily change headlines, photos, even the slides in the slide show.

Featured Properties: This is not part of any MLS. These are properites you represent, and you can advertise them any way that's legal. You can even use this to give a courtesy listing to a FSBO.

Track Record : Each property in the Featured Properties section is marked with a status. Generally we make is so that sold homes go into your track record section, but you can also choose "archive" and save the information without displaying on the website in case you need it again in the future.

Buyers Help, Sellers Help, Finance Help and FAQ : We have some articles here for you. If you have some you would rather use, you can submit them to us in text documents, and for a small fee, we'll add yours to ours, or replace ours with yours. We just want to make this easy for you!
